Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type, order volume, fulfillment timelines, shipping destination, carrier availability, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Original artwork may be packaged and shipped directly by Shannon Lockwood Studio or through a shipping carrier.

Fine art prints are fulfilled by LumaPrints, our print fulfillment partner. Print production and shipping timelines may vary based on print size, order volume, destination, and fulfillment capacity.

Original artwork and prints may ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Shannon Lockwood Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, customs delays, weather delays, or other delivery issues outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us directly at shannon@lockwooddesignco.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a correction when appropriate. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

Section 6: Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

All sales are final.

Because original artwork, custom artwork, commissions, and fine art prints are created, produced, or fulfilled specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless otherwise stated in writing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us directly at shannon@lockwooddesignco.com within [Insert Timeframe, such as 5–7 days] of delivery. We may request photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage in order to review the issue.

For damaged or incorrect print orders, Shannon Lockwood Studio may work with LumaPrints to review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a correction or replacement.

For damaged original artwork, Shannon Lockwood Studio may work with the shipping carrier and insurance provider, when applicable, to review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Section 7: Commissions and Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork and custom pieces may be subject to additional terms, timelines, deposits, payment schedules, approval steps, and project details agreed upon separately.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissioned artwork and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Reference images, inspiration, and project details provided by you for a commission may be used only for the purpose of creating the commissioned artwork and communicating with you about the project.

Section 8: Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, product photography, branding, logos, website content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are owned by Shannon Lockwood Studio or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, or product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, commercial rights, or intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially use any artwork, images, designs, text, or other materials from Shannon Lockwood Studio without prior written permission.
